Grant Renewal Procedures

For the trustees to determine your eligibility for grant renewal, you will need to complete the renewal form.

NOTE: Your most recent OFFICIAL transcript is required for renewal. Please email it to or mail to W.B. Small Trust, P.O Box 1034, Cedar Falls, IA 50613.

This information should reach us by June 15 so we can make a decision in regard to the renewal of your grant for the next year.

Remember, it is your responsibility to get the required information to us in a timely manner. We DO NOT send reminders.
